Expansion and Empowerment are essential in any organization that seeks sustainable growth and actionable results. As the next leader for the State of South Carolina, I plan to build on the foundation that has been established to ensure that our state is prepared for the next level of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated.
This will require all members and auxiliaries to REP Zeta!

Chapter Management Training
Provide statewide and local training targeting the specific needs of the chapters and auxiliaries.
Z-HOPE
Target Mental and Physical Health of the sisterhood.
Retention and Reclamation
Visibility
Increase sisterly bonding opportunities and strengthen interpersonal skills to maintain and bring our Zetas and auxiliary members home.
Increase the Zeta footprint of chapters and auxiliaries in South Carolina.
EMPOWERING ZETAS
Area Coordinators & Area Retreats
Leadership is a team effort. Area coordinators will assist the state director in identifying, developing and supporting chapters and auxiliaries within South Carolina. Area retreats will have training based on the identified needs and members will co-facilitate training or workshop sessions.
Leadership Development
Workshop training and authentic practice in leadership development and mentor/mentee sessions.
