On the local level, she served as the chapter president, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd vice president. Her current position is parliamentarian. During her tenure as president, she was awarded Zeta of the Year and chartered Tau Upsilon that subsequently was awarded Undergraduate Chapter of the Year for two consecutive years.

Tina Johnson is also an experienced workshop facilitator and has led training sessions on the local, state, region and international level.
